Green Island

Bill and Tom play in their garden. A thief takes the children's boat.The children go to a policeman. He asks the children questions and he writes Bill's story in his book.
Then, the two boys swim in a river and they see Green Island. The thief is there with his friend. The policeman goes to the island and catches the thieves.
Bill, Tom and their family are happy!

Our collections

This is my sticker collection. I collect stickers with sweets on them.  I've got one hundred! Yesterday I bought some stickers with lollipops and on my birthday my friends bought some stickers for me. My favourite sticker is a blue lollipop. My first sticker was a very big sweet. I love stickers with sweets because they are cool!

This is my favourite collection of Ferrari stickers. I have 2.050 stickers. I like cars and especially Ferrari cars. I watch car races on TV every Saturday and Sunday. My favourite car drivers are Alonso, Webley and Fetel. My first sticker was Alonso's car. I like Ferrari cars because they run at high speed.

This is my book collection. I collect books with adventures. I've got fifty-six books because I like them a lot. I read them in my holidays. Some books are cool and some are very boring. My favourite writer is Alki Zei so I have many of her books.

This is my favourite football sticker collection. I collect football stickers with Ronaldo on them. I love football! I watch football matches on TV and I always go to the football stadium. My favourite football player is Ronaldo. I've got eighty football stickers with him.

Extinct animals

  
                                                        The Giant Turtle Archelon

        The Giant Turtle Archelon lived in the Seychelles, the Mascarenes and the Galapagos sixty-five million years ago.

       Its  head was big and its body was huge. It was 1.5 metres long! It ate small fish and jellyfish. It swam in the big sea  every day. It was a slow animal.

        I don't like this animal because it was ugly.

                                                          The Tasmanian Wolf

      The Tasmanian wolf lived half a century ago. It was like a wolf and it had stripes! It was a big animal but its head was small. It  ran very fast and it jumped but it did not fly. It ate small animals.

      I like the Tasmanian wolf because it was strong.

The American Mastodons lived about 15 million years ago and they became extinct about 6.000 years ago.

Their head was very big, they had tusks, two big eyes and two big ears. Their body was big, too. They were 4 feet tall.They were heavy animals so they walked slowly. They ate grass, leaves and water plants.

I like these animals because they were very big. I think they were fantastic!

A friendly letter

Dear Nick,

I am on holidays in Elafonisos. I am having a great time here! Elafonisos is a beautiful island in  the Laconian Gulf. There are big mountains, trees and white sand. The people are happy and they live in small white houses with blue roofs.

Every morning I get up early. My dad gets up at six o'clock but my mum and my brother sleep until nine o'clock. Every noon I ride my bike, my dad goes to the garden, my mum cooks our lunch and my brother listens to music. In the afternoon we all go to the beach. I swim in the sea, my brother plays with his friends and my parents sail our boat. At night we go home and we have dinner. I  go to bed at half past one.

My daily routine

I'm Billy. I'm nine years old and I'm from Greece.

I  usually get up at eight o'clock every day. For breakfast I always drink milk and sometimes chocolate. My brother, my sister and I go to school by bus. We come back home by car. We often have lunch at one o'clock. We usually eat vegetables but we never eat meat or potatoes. After lunch I go to my room and I do my homework.

On Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon I go to my English school. On Tuesday I have a piano lesson at eight o'clock. At six o'clock I always play football but I never play volleyball. I always eat dinner with my family at half past nine. We talk  about our day. After dinner I take a shower, I kiss my parents goodnight and I go to bed early.
